10. Long term saving option has been kept for minors. Parents will be able to invest on behalf of their children.
11. There are proposals for medical colleges, airports and infrastructure in Bihar. With Rs 26 thousand crore, Patna, Punya Expressway will be improved towards Baksalpur Highway and there are proposals for building a new highway.

20. Purvodaya Yojana will be started for the development of the eastern side of the country, it will benefit Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand.
21. A budget of Rs 86000 crore has been proposed for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. No change has been made in the location of the final budget.
22. Hubs will be created to promote e-commerce. In public private mode, trade facilities will be available under one roof through e-commerce.
23. Tax on e-commerce has been reduced by 1%, it has been made .10%, any dealer selling goods online has to pay this tax.
24. STT i.e. Security Transaction Tax on futures and options has been promoted, it has been increased from .0125% to .12%.
