Lok Sabha election dates released: Schedule of Lok Sabha elections fixed in 7 pages, after the first meeting on 19th, last on 1st June, results will be released on 4th June.

 The 2024 Lok Sabha elections were announced on Saturday. These elections are being held for 543 seats which are to be conducted in seven phases. The first phase of voting will be held on 19th April and the last phase of voting will be held on 1st June and 4th June. It will take 80 days for the results to come. The code of conduct will be implemented in this election.

 Along with the dates of assembly elections, there are 4 states for Lok Sabha elections - Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim and for assembly elections, voting will be held in Odisha on 13 May, 20 May, 25 May and 1 June. In the remaining three states, one Elections will be held in phases. Voting will be held in Arunachal and Sikkim on 19 April, and in Andhra Pradesh on 13 May.

 Code of conduct will be implemented.

 The code of conduct will come into force with the announcement of the election date, which means that no leader/candidate can use a government vehicle or a government bungalow. There will be no government announcements/inauguration of any kind.

 With this, MPs cannot release new funds from the fund.

 Advertisement cannot be given at government expense.

 If we talk about officers/employees, there will be restrictions on their transfer/posting.

 Now after this, no candidate or party can use religious places for election campaign.

 In the first phase, Lok Sabha seat- Bastar,

 Notification - 20 March, scrutiny of nomination papers - 28 March and voting - 19 April while the last date for nomination - 27 March and withdrawal of nomination - 30 March.

 Second phase.

 Lok Sabha seat - Kanker, Rajnandgaon, Mahasamund, notification - 28 March, scrutiny of nomination papers - 5 April, voting - 26 April, last date of nomination - 4 April, withdrawal of nomination - 8 April.

 third step.

 Lok Sabha seats - Raipur, Bilaspur, Korba, Raigarh, Janjgir Champa, Durg and Surguja and voting - 7 May Notification - 12 April, last date for nomination - 19 April.

 Election Commission's recommendation to a political party.

 The Election Commission recommended to the political parties that they should not use children in any way for campaigning during the elections. Children should not be used in the election campaign, such as holding children in the lap during the campaign of the candidate parties. An appeal has been made not to take them, make them sit in vehicles or participate in the rally.

 Along with this, the Election Commission has appealed to the children to stop the election process like putting up posters or distributing leaflets and sloganeering.

 Proviso, if it is such that the parents or guardians of a child are somehow related to a politician and if they take the child with them, then it cannot be called a violation of the guidelines, the only condition is that their party's election Don't engage in publicity.
