School Policy in MP: Education Department issued school policy for MP, now homework will not be given till second class, no bag for one day.

 In Madhya Pradesh, No Bag Day has been organized by the Education Department in all the schools from class 1 to 12. This has been made a provision for both government and private schools.

 The bag policy will be strictly followed.

 The makers of the new education policy say that the bag policy will be strictly followed in this policy. This information has been given by Commissioner of Public Instruction Anubha Srivastava.

 There is a limit on the weight of the bag.

 It has been decided that there will be a limit on the weight of bags in which class and it has also been decided:

 First, 1.6 to 2.2 kg

 Second, 1.6 to 2.2 kg

 Third, 1.7 to 2.5 kg

 Fourth, 1.7 to 2.5 kg

 Fifth, 1.7 to 2.5 kg

 Sixth, 2.0 to 3.0 kg

 Seventh, 2.0 to 3.0 kg

 Eighth, 2.5 to 4.0 kg

 Navami, 2.5 to 4.5 kg

 Tenth, 2.5 to 4.5 kg

 11th-12th will be decided by the School Management Committee.

 DEO will check the bag.

 According to the school bag policy issued in MP, the weight of the bag will be checked every three months, the responsibility for this has been handed over to the District Education Officer (DEO) and action will be taken if its rules are violated.

 The chart will be displayed on the notice board.

 According to this policy, the weight of the bag of a class 1 student should be 1.6 to 2.2 kg, whereas the weight of the bag of a class 10 student should not be more than 2.5 to 4.5 kg.

 Classes conducted without books.

 It is not necessary to have books in the classes of computer, moral education, general knowledge, health, physical education, sports and art, on this the department has said that these classes will be without books.

 Timings of classes will be fixed.

 In this policy, different timings have been prescribed for each class, in this, students of class 3 to 5 will get 2 hours per week, students of class 6 to 8 will get 1 hour per day, while students of class 9 to 12 will get 2 hours per day. A plan has been made to give home work, along with this the schools will have to put the schedule of the class on their notice board.
