Debate of Akhada Parishad: Will the removal of the word Shahi from Prayagraj fair be started, royal bath instead of Shahi in Kumbh.

After objections were raised on the word Shahi of Shahi Sawari, now a debate has started on the removal of the royal bath of Kumbh. In protest of this word, the president of Akhada Parishad Ravindra Puri Maharaj said about this, the removal of the word Shahi from the bath of Kumbh can be started from Prayagraj.

Organization of the fair.

The full Kumbh Mela will start in Prayagraj from 13 January 2025 and only after this Kumbh is to be held in Ujjain in 2028. Even before this, the full Kumbh Mela will be organized in Prayagraj from 13 January to 24 April 2025. Let us tell you that Kumbh is organized once every 12 years and even before this Kumbh Mela was organized in Prayagraj in 2013.

Dates of bathing.

The dates that were considered for the royal bath of Prayagraj Kumbh have been announced. Such as Makar Sankranti 14 January 2025, Mauni Amavasya 29 January 2025, Basant Panchami 3 February 2025, Maghi Purnima 12 February 2025, Mahashivratri 26 February 2025, Shahi Snan will be done on it. Now it is to be seen what name the Sant Samaj will give to this Snan.

Stand of Akhada Parishad on the word Shahi.

The word Shahi has been taken from Urdu language, whereas if seen, there is no difference between Shahi and Rajasi. It is to be changed to Rajasi in Hindi. Discussion is also to be held on Rajasi or any other name by talking to the representatives of 13 Akhadas. It can start from the upcoming Kumbh Mela.
