Perfect dosa recipe: Make both dosa and itali using the same ingredients, very easy, very soft to eat, definitely try it at home.

rice flour,

urad dal,
green chillies,
salt.
Method,
First of all, soak rice and some urad dal in it for 3 to 4 hours, then grind it thickly.
Add salt as per taste and 2-3 green chillies whole and keep it aside. After 15 to 20 minutes, keep it in the idli cooker for idli and to make dosa, put some drops of oil on a non-stick pan and pour it on the pan with the help of a spoon, just serve it hot.
