Kashmiri Lal Paneer Recipe: Make Kashmiri Lal Paneer in this way, a completely new taste which is tasty to eat and easy to make.
Ingredients.
3 spoons oil,
400 gm paneer,
one small cinnamon,
one bay leaf,
one big cardamom,
a little cumin seeds,
2 spoons red chili powder,
2 tomatoes,
turmeric,
1/2 spoon dry ginger powder,
1 spoon cumin seeds powder,
salt according to taste,
ghee,
coriander leaves.
Method of making.
Cut paneer in big slices and heat three spoons oil in a pan. Fry big pieces of paneer nicely in it. After frying at least 400 grams of paneer from both the sides, take it out and keep it aside. After this, in the same oil, add some whole spices like one small cinnamon stick, one bay leaf, one big cardamom and some cumin seeds. Then grind 2 teaspoons of red chili powder and 2 tomatoes and mix them. Add some turmeric and cook till the oil separates. After frying it well, add one cup of water and put the fried paneer pieces on top of it. Add special masala 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder and 1 teaspoon cumin powder, salt according to taste and 2 cups of water and cook. Add some ghee and coriander leaves on top and serve hot.
