
Pea Pickle: Prepare green pea pickle and store it, make this pickle which does not spoil for years.
Material.
Green peas - 300 gm,
Sugar – 1 tsp,
salt as per taste,

Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Cumin - 2 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Fennel - 2 tsp
Whole coriander - 1 tbsp
Yellow mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Mustard oil 100 ml
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
White Vinegar – 2 tsp
Method of making pea pickle.
First of all boil the peas, for this heat water in a vessel, add some sugar in it and cook the peas well, then put them in cold water to cool them and with the help of a cotton cloth, remove all the water. It is very important to do this otherwise there is a risk of the pickle getting spoiled, hence do not leave water in the peas.
After this, take a vessel and fry fenugreek, cumin, black pepper, fennel, whole coriander, yellow mustard seeds well and then cool it and grind it coarsely.
Heat oil in a vessel and take out some oil and in the remaining add some asafoetida and ground chilli, powder, turmeric powder, nigella seeds and peas. After this, fill it in a glass jar and keep it in the sun for 1-2 days. Do a survey of any food.
