Parali News: Danger is increasing due to stubble smoke, farmers can increase fertilizer to save lives.

Small and big farmers use manure in their own way, like small and medium farmers use paddy straw as fodder for animals, it is the big farmers who burn this straw in the field itself, about five years ago. The practice of burning stubble had started in Bhind district which is now increasing.

Dr. Shivram Singh Kushwaha told that the poisonous smoke emanating from the stubble is very dangerous for humans as well as animals and birds. Its smoke goes inside the body through breath, it causes diseases like itching in animals. Deputy Director Agriculture Ramsujan Sharma says. The poisonous gas released by burning of such stubble causes great harm to trees and plants. The organic matter lying in the soil in the fields gets destroyed by this.

The amount of major nutrients found in the soil like nitrogen, phosphate and potash and secondary and micro elements sulphur, zinc, iron, copper and manganese decreases, due to which the crop production reduces.

 Use of compost.

Compost is a condition that supports the growth of small organisms in the soil in the name of microorganisms. These are bacteria and fungi. They can be seen only by using a microscope. It is important that when compost When the pile is heated they turn what appears to be waste material into a material thus releasing nutrients that can be used by crops and plants.

 Benefits of compost manure.

If farmers make compost, then lakhs of rupees can be saved. For this, Deputy Director Agriculture Sharma says that well-rotted plant and animal remains are called compost. Compost means the manure used in the fields. First it should be thoroughly decomposed, then the requirements of compost should include air, moisture, favorable temperature and a small amount of nitrogen.
