Heat 2_3 tsp oil in a pan and add bay leaf, a piece of cinnamon, 2_3 small cardamom, 2_3 cloves and a chopped big size onion and brown it.
Don't forget to burn the onion, just ground it lightly until it turns brown. After this, add one spoon of ginger garlic paste and cook it well, after that add some chopped green chillies and two tomato purees and let it cook well.
As long as the tomato puree is being made, after that add 7-8 cashews in lukewarm water and add some melon seeds to it and grind it in a grinder. After grinding it, keep it aside. Now add two teaspoons of Kasturi Red Chilli to the cooked tomato puree. Cook a little salt according to your taste and add two spoons of ground coriander and a little turmeric to it.
