First of all, heat some oil in a pan. Add some whole spices to it. Add whole spices like long, small cardamom, large cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper, aromatic flowers, cumin, jotri and cinnamon and fry it well, add a big slice chopped onion and fry till it turns brown. After this, add 1 tsp, ginger and garlic paste to it and fry for a while. Add crushed fennel and broken coriander and 2_3 green chilies to it and fry a little, this onion does not have to be browned for a long time.
Along with a little red chili powder, add salt and add one to two teaspoons of curd in it, then after adding green peas, add potatoes cut into long slides and keep the quantity of rice as much as we are adding peas, after that add it. After cooking for a while, add about 2 to 3 cups of water and give it a boil.
After this, mix the soaked rice about half an hour before and cook it well till it comes to a boil, cook it well by arching the media and after cooking it is made in the right way, then add light food color to it and top Serve hot by adding a little teaspoon of ghee.
