  Recipe _ First of all, put the cooker on the gas, wash the mutton two to three times with water and put the mutton in it, add two glasses of water and a little salt and give it 3-4 whistles. Open the cooker and see that the mutton has been cooked well and we did not throw away the remaining water, the mutton came out blue.

  After this put all the spices standing in a pan and put rice in it, wash it two-three times before cooking and cook it by adding the remaining meat water and note that the rice is not cooked completely, slightly Leave it to cook, after that put the cooker and prepare the masala for Biryani.

  Brown the onion by taking three to four spoons of oil in the cooker, after that add the spices to it after avoiding the tomato and stirring it for a while. Add one spoon of red chili powder, salt as per taste, one spoon of coriander powder, one spoon of garam masala, biryani masala and cook it well, then put the cooked beef in it and after that add water and cook it well, chopped green chilies and Add chopped coriander. Put boiled rice in it, put a little food color on top and also garnish it with a little coriander leaves and brown curry leaves on top and close the lid of the cooker. Put the cooker on a thick tawa on a low flame, lightly heat it and after that, open the lid, your biryani is ready to be delicious.
